He has held leadership roles including serving as Chief Financial Officer of a large entity, where he was responsible for financial strategy, governance oversight, risk management, and organisational performance improvement within a listed energy group. His expertise lies in financial strategy, enterprise risk management, due diligence, internal controls, compliance frameworks, and performance optimisation. Dhiraj has worked closely with boards, senior management, auditors, and regulators, supporting organisations through regulatory scrutiny, operational transformation, and enhanced governance expectations.
